The Buckinghamshire Council Value of Aylesbury Local Plan (VALP) adopted in 2021, policy H1 requires sites of 0.3Ha or more to provide a minimum of 25% affordable homes on site, subject to viability.

After negotiations, the viability reports demonstrated that any Affordable Housing contribution was unviable and this was agreed by the Council's assessors.
