Andrew O'Brien

Andrew is an Affordable Housing Consultant with over 35 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors. He specialises in housing and planning policy, with extensive knowledge of government legislation, funding requirements, and the planning appeals process. He has also project-managed a wide range of housing developments, contributing to the delivery of over 7,000 affordable homes across London and the South West.

Andrew supports landowners and developers in bringing forward successful schemes, with particular expertise in Rural Exception sites. His work also includes Housing Needs Surveys, neighbourhood planning, community consultation, liaison with town and parish councils, and advising Community Land Trusts.
