Ellie joined S106 Management in May 2021 after completing a Business Management degree at the University of Gloucestershire. She applies a broad range of commercial and analytical skills in her role as a Senior Viability & Development Consultant.
Ellie delivers the majority of S106 Management’s viability appraisals and also manages the company’s social media presence. She has completed a RICS foundation course in Valuation Methodology, strengthening her knowledge of both residential and commercial property valuation.
