Robin Furby

Robin Furby qualified as a solicitor in 1985. Following a decade in private practice, Robin retired and pursued a career in property development, later forming Dunmore Developments Ltd and Press Properties Ltd. His 35 years of experience in site acquisition, planning law, negotiation, viability assessment, and construction, provide a rigorous and informed perspective to viability issues.

Robin’s knowledge in the preparation of viability statements was gained initially through the requirements of his own businesses. S106 Management was set up in 2011 to share this expertise, and since its inception has successfully completed over 700 viability studies throughout the UK, saving clients an average of £100,000. Robin now advises primarily on high complexity cases, liaising directly with LPAs and attending planning enquiries and appeals as an expert witness as necessary.
