Robin Furby

Robin qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and brings over 35 years of experience spanning planning law, property development, negotiation, viability assessment, and construction. After a decade in private practice, he moved into property development, later forming Dunmore Developments Ltd and Press Properties Ltd, giving him extensive first-hand experience of the development process.

Robin’s expertise in viability was developed through the practical requirements of his own development businesses, leading to the establishment of S106 Management in 2011. Since then, the company has successfully completed over 3,000 viability studies across the UK, delivering significant cost savings and ensuring viable, deliverable consents for clients. Robin now focuses on the most complex cases, advising on strategic viability matters, liaising directly with local planning authorities, and acting as an expert witness at planning enquiries and appeals where required.
