David Parker MRICS

David has over 30 years’ experience in the quantity surveying profession, working across both the public and private sectors. As a sole practitioner for more than 20 years, he has delivered projects ranging from commercial fit-outs and specialist spaces to high-quality residential refurbishments, with project values from £100,000 to £3.5 million.

David works closely with design teams and architects from inception through to completion, helping to ensure effective cost control and the smooth delivery of projects. He has worked with S106 Management since 2014, providing expert cost advice and completing hundreds of cost plans to support viability assessments and project delivery.
