Tom is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and Associate Member of RICS with over a decade of experience in town planning and viability assessment. He primarily provides Planning services to S106M clients, from full applications through to appeals. He also assists with the highest complexity viability and s106 cases, assisting national housebuilders, developers and local authorities with major and strategic scheme viability and affordable housing delivery. His expertise includes enabling development development appraisal, optimising affordable housing tenure mix, CIL Reg 122 reviews of planning obligations, negotiating revisions to existing schemes, green belt planning, and major residential planning consents.

Recent examples of his planning work include consents for: a tower block scheme in Luton, enabling development appeal success in Tonbridge & Malling, green belt homes approvals in Leeds, and a large commercial allocation in Cornwall.
