Tom Furby

Tom has been consulting for S106 Management since 2015. He is a Chartered Member of the RTPI, AssociateMember of RICS, and property developer with over a decade of experience in town planning, development and viability assessment. His dual expertise in planning and surveying provides support to S106 Management clients across the full planning process; from pre application guidance, major and minor applications, through to appeals and renegotiation and optimisation of existing consents.

Tom assists clients to achieve the most viable possible outcome for their site. His practical expertise includes site design, residual valuation of different options, negotiating affordable housing tenure mix to maximise deliverability, CIL Regulation 122 reviews to ensure any contributions sought are fully justified, optimising existing schemes for value, green belt planning applications, and securing major residential consents via material fallbacks.
