Alex Toma

Originally from Transylvania (Romania), Alex has been living in England for the past 10 years. He graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 where he studied BA Business Management.

Alex started working for S106 Management as Graphic Designer in his second year of study, being in charge of the visual aspect of publications, including our reports. During this time with the company he developed an interest inthe UK Property Development industry and moreover the financial aspects ofdevelopment projects. He therefore chose to complete his Year in Industry with S106 Management, during which he was trained as a Viability Consultant. Following the completion of his studies Alex has returned to work full-time for our company.

Aside from this, Alex has a strong interest in the creative industries, especially film and art and he also enjoys writing and taking walks in nature, which is one of the reasons why he chose to stay in beautiful Devon.
